DUI Defense

DUI convictions in California have a number of consequences, above and beyond the fact that these convictions are some of the costliest in California. If convicted of a DUI in California you are subject to a mandatory:

  • Minimum 2 days in jail

  • License Suspension

  • DUI Classes
